Across the street from the Upcountry History Museum, the five-story development will consist of 237 units, full spas, wine cellar, bistro, message therapy and a salt water pool. Of the 237 units, 70 will be assisted living and 33 dedicated to memory care. The remaining 134 units will be for “active living” seniors.
The Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on June 21st in request from the developer to rezone the property. The estimated two-year project will break ground in January 2019 if approved. Interested in senior living communities in the greater greenville area? Contact us!
