Greenville Scottish Games at Furman University

Memorial Weekend 2018 

The games began in 2006. There is a high concentration of Scots-Irish decedents in our area making this a very popular event! This weekend’s entertainment includes piping, drumming, athletic competitions and a parade all punctuated with Celtic music and happy hour!

Friday, May 25th 2018 at 6:00 pm Main Street in downtown Greenville enjoy the parade!

Saturday, May 26^th Gates open at 8:30 am Furman University 

Demonstrations, Athletics and Piping/Drumming competitions are all day through 4pm.

Saturday’s Schedule

8:30am – Gates open

9:00am – Opening Ceremony on Main Field & Parade of Scottish Clans

11:00am – Military Salute & Massed Bands on Main Field

4:00pm – Wee Scotland closes

5:00pm – Awards Ceremony on Main Field

5:30pm to 10:00pm –  Scottish Happy Hour & Celtic Jam in the Entertainment Tent with 4 bands!
