Mauldin SC CenterPoint Project Update

Named Bridgeway Station, the preliminary stages of construction for this multifaceted development may begin as soon as this summer. 

On Monday, March 19th the Maudlin City Counsel voted to hire a consulting engineer as the project manager.
Proposed renderings depict over a dozen buildings, court yards, retail space, residential and civic space too. Running beside I-385, a pedestrian bridge crossing the freeway is proposed to possibly connect to the Swamp Rabbit trail.

On Tuesday, March 20th Greenville County School Board members voted in support of CityPoint (BridgeWay Station), it was a unanimous vote ending the opposition of this project. The first phase is expected to cost no less than $100 Million, it's entirety spanning approximately 78 acres!
