Construction on the Inland 85 Logistics Center is in progress

Next to the BMW Manufacturing Co. and close to SC Inland Port in Greer, SC the Inland 85 Logistics Center project is underway.  With focus on being a central hub for industrial transit the logistics center has 324 acres to work with.  The first part of the project will offer over 500,000 square feet spread across two state-of-the-art, Class A industrial buildings with room for future expansion, totaling to over 1.1 million square feet.  The first building will be over 270,000 square feet with 36’ high ceilings and plenty of trailer storage space.  The first building should be complete by November.  No leases have been secured at this time, though occupancy can begin at the end of 2018. Space available is being advertised at $4.50 to $4.75 per square foot.  As many as 400 jobs will be created though this development.
