Hilton coming to Downtown Greer

A minimum 100 room Hilton is planned to be built on the 2.6 acres on the Northwest side of East Poinsett Street and North Main Street in downtown Greer.  A private retail, private commercial, a public walkway and public owned parking facility will also be a part of this project.  Approved in October 2017 by the Greer City Counsel it is anticipated to begin and be completed within the next 2 years.  Part of the property will be developed for a parking garage of 300 spaces with a portion of it allotted to the hotel.
