The mixed-use complex is planned to consist of apartments, offices, lodging, entertainment, dining and shopping. A $100 million-dollar project, it will be constructed within 40 acres and on a new street grid. It has been estimated to be an 18-month build. It would likely be 2020 before the first phase will open. Developers are Hughes Investments and The Shopping Center Group. The development is intended to be connected to the Swamp Rabbit Trail by a walking bridge. A start date has not been determined yet. This is an exciting project we will be keeping an eye on!
