To help boost local relations between farmers and chef’s, a
Chef Farmer Meet-up is planned for May 21st from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Small
plates containing local products from duck tacos to brick oven pizza tastings will
be available along with tea and water at $25 per person. The children’s menu
items and alcoholic drinks will be available for additional purchase. Live bluegrass music will be playing from 5:30
pm to 6:30 pm. Proceeds go to the Sustainable Agriculture Program, part of the Culinary
Institute of the Carolinas at Greenville Tech. Come out to the Swamp Rabbit Café & Grocery at 205 Cedar Lane Road
in Greenville and support our local farmers and chefs.
