Rolling Green Village is a non-profit retirement community
that was established 30 years ago in the Greenville area and sits on a 175-acre
campus. Providing multiple senior living options, financial flexibility, on
site health care services plus first rate community amenities, it is a highly
desired place to live. The need for housing for older adults is steadily
increasing. Rolling Green Village is
expanding to meet those needs. Recently announced, a redevelopment and
expansion project will include 23 single family homes, 60 new independent
living apartments and a new commons building which will house a variety of activity
and dining spaces. Construction is
anticipated to begin late this year. Current projected completion is early 2020.
Some notable community amenities are an indoor salt water pool, library, café and
hiking trails to name a few.
