On old church from the late 1800s is coming down to make room for luxury apartments in downtown Greenville. This property is located in the West End of Greenville close enough to the Fluor Field baseball stadium that an outfielder could make a through to the outfield. The trend in the downtown area is developers putting up more apartments than condos to cover the demand for living downtown. There are several condo projects in the works though, the closest to the church is the MWest which is finishing up their 4th of 5 buildings.
